We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days of receiving the order. If we are likely to take longer to get the order out we will contact with you via phone and if that fails via email per the details you supply when registering with us.

If you have a small order i.e a single bottle we will send it via Royal Mail as a standard parcel which usally takes 3 - 4 days to deliver. Larger items are sent via courier and are delivered within 2 days.

Orders dispatched outside the UK will take longer and we will always email you to confirm dispatch and the estimated delivery time provided by the 3rd party delivery agent we use.

Royal Mail

Single bottle orders or small item orders are sent via Royal Mail at the standard parcel rate which is currently £4.41. It is usally delivered within 3-4 days. If you are not in to receive your order a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at the local sorting office.

 Courier

Orders of 2 to 6 bottles are sent via courier at a cost of £7.25.  If you are not in to receive your order a card will be left for you to contact the courier company to arrange re-delivery
